RETURNS / EXCHANGES: We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. Items must be returned in the condition they were received within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly credit your original method of payment (excluding delivery charges) or exchange the item. A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Please email us at customerservice@justmultiples.com for an RA# and further return instructions. Items received without an RA# will be refused. Exchanges will be issued a store credit valid for 3 months after exchange date. This credit needs to be used in one transaction. Just Multiples does not hold credit balances.
