If you have a problem with your order, the fastest and most efficient way to reach us is via EMAIL at customerservice@justmultiples.com. Please email us and provide the following information:

1) Full Name (an order # and order date is NOT needed)
2) Brief comment about the issue/problem
3) Phone number

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We offer a 30 day return & exchange policy.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly credit your original method of payment (excluding delivery charges).

For exchanges, a store credit voucher code will be issued valid for 3 months after exchange date. This credit needs to be used in one transaction. Just Multiples does not hold credit balances.

A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Please email us at customerservice@justmultiples.com for an RA# and further return instructions. Items received without an RA# will be refused.

Due to the personal nature of some products, i.e., nursing products, bottles, pacifiers, etc., we do not accept returns. Sorry, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.


NOTE: Furniture and stroller returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
