Is your web site secure?

Shopping with your credit card with Just Multiples is guaranteed to be safe and secure.

We take extensive steps to process thousands of Internet transactions securely and safely. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet.

This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us.

To continue our commitment to your security every credit card processed is run through an address verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us anytime Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard time at(609) 737-3130.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. This only applies to "In Stock" items. Orders for special order items are charged at the time the order is placed. We do however obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.


Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)

When you place an order with us you will receive an email confirmation with a clickable link to track the current status of your order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with a clickable link with your tracking information (if available).

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there. If you still don't have a confirmation email, we can be reached at (609) 737-3130.

Tax

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of New Jersey. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Shipping

All orders for "In Stock" items are shipped within the next 1 - 2 business days. Special order items are typically shipped within the suggested availability window.

We currently ship worldwide, however, shipping services may not be available in every area.

Delivery times

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

Method of delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery within the United States.

International Priority Mail can take up to 4 weeks for delivery to some areas. Tracking for international orders is only updated until it leaves the United States. International orders do not have insurance. Once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for it.

EXPRESS SHIPPING - If you require Express Shipping, please call us at (609) 737-3130 for a shipping quote. Shipping calculations are based on weight and location. If you approve the amount, we will happily add it to your order and expedite the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Returns must meet the requirements listed below. Refunds are of the purchase price less shipping and restocking fees (if applicable). Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless there is an error on the part of Just Multiples. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition and original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
  • Only products with availability labeled "In Stock" are returnable. All other products are special order items that can't be returned.
  • We do not accept returns on products that have been opened.
  • Due to the personal nature of some products, i.e., nursing products, bottles, pacifiers, etc., we do not accept returns. Sorry, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding!
  • SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
  • NOTE: Furniture and stroller returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee .
  • A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Please email us at customerservice@justmultiples.com for an RA# and further return instructions. Items received without an RA# will be refused.   Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.


    NOTE: Full costumes or any components of costumes are NON-RETURNABLE AFTER OCTOBER 31.

    Exchanges

    A store credit voucher code will be issued valid for 3 months after exchange date for the purchase price of your exchange, less shipping charges.
