Being pregnant with twins, triplets and more categorizes you as high risk. If you think of yourself as high risk, then you will nourish properly, preventatively rest more and be more aware of signs and symptoms that will alert you to the possibility of complications peculiar to a multiple pregnancy. RECOGNITION, PREVENTION & TREATMENT OF PRETERM LABOR:
Physicians are conscientious and concerned about asking you if you've had any preterm labor contractions and your answer is typically "NO", because of course you would know if you had them, right?! Unless someone actually shows you how to feel for contractions and explains to you what they actually feel like, you can miss them in a blink of an eye. This video program will tell you when contractions are most likely to occur in twins and triplets. What do contractions feel like? This video demonstrate's how to feel for them, and explains treatments that can be accomplished at home to stop as well as prevent them. Finally, the video details the warning signs that indicate when you need to go to the hospital if home treatments fail.

MEDICAL TREATMENTS DURING LABOR & DELIVERY:
Explains the treatments and instruments that will be necessary if complications occur during labor and delivery.
